- What we collect
- When you request a Japan PR Review we collect the details you enter: product information and links, your name, company, country, email address and notes.
- How we use it
- Only to review your product, reply to you and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your information and do not add you to marketing emails without your consent.
- Service providers
- Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.; contact management and email campaigns for the Japanese media and reviewer network), Resend (transactional email) and Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing terms. Some of these providers store data outside Japan.
- Analytics
- We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used: the pages viewed, how visitors arrived (for example from search or a campaign link), approximate region and device information, and whether a form was submitted successfully. It uses cookies and similar identifiers. We do not send what you type into our forms (such as your name, email address or product details) to Google Analytics. Google may process this data outside Japan. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- How long we keep it
- Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we work together, in which case contract records are kept as required by law.
